1. Picture
What are Pictures?
Pictures are screenshots from my PC (1.1) or images with not selfmade texture (1.2). Pictures can also be reallife images, that i made. (1.3)

You can use every screenshot
without linking me, if the picture
is marked with the following image:

You can use every other picture unless it has been expressly forbidden, if you link my Website ( https://caotenhoch2.wixsite.com/caotenhoch2) or my Discord Server (https://discord.gg/5fbT8jJ or oect.eu/dc/caoten)
You aren´t allowed to use any pictures from the spoiler channel in my discord server.
1.2: Images with not selfmade Textures
Images with not self made Textures like Memes or something like that can normally be used, because i used them.
1.3: Reallife Images
Reallife Images can only be used if I expressly allow it or if I have indirectly consented to further dissemination by sending them to forms or something like that.
2. Audio
What is Audio?
Audio are Sound Files. Special Sound Files are recordings of my Voice (2.1) or self made reallife recordings (2.2) or Not Selfmade Recordings
(2.3).
2.1: Voice Recordings
You are allowed to use my voice if you ask for permission and if you link my Website ( https://caotenhoch2.wixsite.com/caotenhoch2) or Discord Server (https://discord.gg/5fbT8jJ or oect.eu/dc/caoten).
2.2: selfmade reallife recordings
You aren´t allowed to use my reallife recordings, only if you have my permissions and you only get the permission if i know you.
2.3: Not Selfmade Recordings
Dont use them
3. Video
What is Video?
Video are Video recordings, that i uploaded on YouTube (3.1) or that i posted in Discord or Twitter (3.2). Some of them arent self recordet(3.3).
3.1: YouTube-Videos
You are allowed to use my YouTube videos, watch them im stream or upload them. When you upload them, please link the original video.
3.2: Discord/Twitter Videos (Self recorded)
You are only allowed to use them, if you get my permission.
3.3: Not self recordet Videos
Not self recorded Videos can normally be used, unless specifically stated.
4. Textures
What are Textures?
Textures are selfmade Textures (4.1) for Lucky Blocks or Ressource Packs or Models (4.2) for Lucky Blocks or Texture Packs.
4.1 Textures
You are only allowed to use my Texture, if i give you my permission.
4.2 Models
Same as the Textures, you are only allowed to use my Models, if i give you my permission.
5. Maps
What are Maps?
Maps are selfbuild Minecraft Map.
5.1 What is allowed?
You are allowed to make YouTube Videos, if you link the Map.
You are allowed to play the Map in Streams.
You are allowed to play the map on an privat server, public server are only with my permission allowed.
5.2 What isn´t allowed?
You aren´t allowed to create a download.
You aren´t allowed to say, that you made the map.
You aren´t allowed to upload the map to another website and thus provide a download.
6. Lucky Blocks
What are Lucky Blocks?
Lucky Blocks are selfmade Addons for Lucky Block Mod.
6.1 What is allowed?
You are allowed to make YouTube Videos.
You are allowed to play the Lucky Block in Streams.
You are allowed to make a modpack with the lucky block, if i give you my permission.
You are allowed to play the map on an privat server, public server are only with my permission allowed.
6.2 What isn´t allowed?
You aren´t allowed to create a download.
You aren´t allowed to say, that you made the lucky block.
You aren´t allowed to upload the map to another website and thus provide a download.
7. Modpacks
What are Modpacks?
Modpacks are compilations of mods.
7.1 What is allowed?
You are allowed to make YouTube Videos.
You are allowed to play the Modpack in Streams.
You are allowed to modify the modpack, if i give you my permission and if you dont create a download fort he modified pack without my permission.
You are allowed to play the map on an privat server, public server are only with my permission allowed.
7.2 What isn´t allowed?
You aren´t allowed to create a download.
You aren´t allowed to say, that you made the Modpack.
You aren´t allowed to upload the map to another website or app and thus provide a download.
8. Datapacks
What are Datapacks?
Datapacks are modifikations for the vanilla game.
8.1 What is allowed?
You are allowed to use the datapack on a server.
You are allowed to use parts of the datapack, if you ask for permissions.
8.2 What isn´t allowed?
You aren´t allowed to create a download.
You aren´t allowed to say, that you made the Datapack.
You aren´t allowed to upload the datapack to another website or app and thus provide a download.
